Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager who will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our 5G private networks portfolio. As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in defining the product strategy, gathering market insights, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and market adoption. This role requires a strong understanding of the 5G ecosystem, excellent technical acumen, and the ability to translate customer needs into innovative and scalable solutions.

Main Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for 5G private networks, aligned with the company’s overall goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer insights to identify market opportunities and product requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales and other stakeholders to define product specifications, features, and pricing strategies.
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and business objectives.

Product Development and Execution:

  • Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product development, testing, and deployment.
  • Define and track key product milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Conduct regular product performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective Go-to-Market strategies and launch plans for new products and features.
  • Support sales teams with product positioning, messaging, and training to drive successful product adoption.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Engage with key customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and build strong relationships.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and provide pre-sales and post-sales support to customers, addressing their technical inquiries and challenges.
  • Conduct market visits, participate in industry events, and stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the 5G private networks space.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate profile

Are you the ideal addition to our engineering team? Then you will easily recognise yourself in the following points:

  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and/or
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager in the telecommunications industry, specifically with a focus on 5G private networks or related technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the 5G ecosystem, including network architecture, protocols, and use cases for private networks.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing end-to-end product lifecycles, from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and drive consensus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
