Job Purpose

We are looking for a RF Site Manager, a full-time hybrid role (50/50 on site / at the office or homeworking). The RF Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the BUILD quality of wireless solutions and radio coverage in various environments. This includes conducting site assessments and inspections, managing quality assurance processes, and implementing improvements.

Your profile

  • Knowledge of quality assurance processes and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Previous experience in telecommunications or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
